Size: Produce up to 3,2 metres wide.
Substrate: Print high-quality, brilliant images on a range of textiles fabrics and transfer paper.
Environment friendly: Our solutions use less ink than conventional printing technologies, creating less waste and eliminating the discharge of contaminated effluent resulting from offset or flexographic platemaking processes.
With inks and printers working harmoniously together, our tightly integrated systems deliver outstanding prints. We develop a wide variety of textile inks, including Direct to Textile, Textile Pigment, Acid, Disperse, Reactive and Dye Sublimation inks.
Various Mimaki textile inks achieved OEKO TEX certifications. These certifications reinforce Mimaki’s commitment to develop ink and inkjet systems that reduce environmental impact.
Pre- and post-treatment systems
Our full workflow solution is unique. Next to our wide range of textile printers and inks, we also have the right systems to help you with the pre- and post-treatment of your textiles. Before the printing process starts, you can bring on a special coating to achieve the optimum interaction between the ink and the fabric, and in order to prevent the ink from running. After printing, our steaming solutions fix the ink on the fabric and our washing machines remove unfixed residual ink and treatment agent from the fabric.
